Return Period: Our refund and returns policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

  • Credit Card Transactions: Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days, though this may be longer due to bank delays or public holidays.
 

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to appear.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns: To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
